ECI-Software is the software division of Enterprise Consulting, Inc. (ECI).

ECI has been in business since 1991 providing consulting services to large companies around the world.  ECI provides expertise in Infrastructure, Architecture, Data Base Design and Programming.  Currently, we are involved with a large-scale Microsoft .Net project.

Bob Calligan, a Principle at ECI, created the SMART System.  Bob has 30 years Computer Industry experience in all phases of the development effort.  Bob has designed software for both local and international clients.
